Score : 5
Very fairly priced! It is a great tool with lots of information. I thought that the value is fabulous for this quality and for the personalization of the cover.
Amazing price for the work that has gone into this magazine. The quality of the images and the planning in the activities and themes are well worth the price..having it customized with the child's name is just amazing and a great bonus!

Q: On a scale of 1-5 (where 1 is no/not very and 5 is yes/definitely), When compared with similar products, would you say that this product is priced competitively (i.e. priced better or equally)?
Score : 5
I have never seen a competitor of this type of publication or book. I think that it offers non-traditional teaching methods to special needs kids! I think that it would be very fairly priced and no parent would resist this value.
I've never seen anything like this, so I can't really compare with other products. it is certainly more cost effective than other books for typically developing kids. The quality of the images and the planning in the activities and themes are well worth the price..having it customized with the child's name is just amazing and a great bonus!

Q: On a scale of 1-5 (where 1 is no/not very and 5 is yes/definitely), Given the current retail price would you purchase this product?
Score : 5
I would purchase this product in a year or so when my son is more developmentally ready for this type of teaching tool. I think it would be a great supplement to the curriculum in school and to the tools we have at home. I think the price is fabulous value. Traditional materials for homeschooling or workbooks are about the same and have much more competition!

Q: As a parent of a special needs child, how does this publication compare to other books and educational materials designed to enable independent learning?
This publication is so different than others I have seen for special needs kids. I know that as my son ages, he will be able to do these type of simple activities and be proud of himself. The simple themes and tools will help caregivers and parents to reinforce the learning. I really have never seen anything like it and I`d recommend it to others.
This was unlike anything I have tried before. I was a bit apprehensive to start working with the magazines- they were so different. But as I learned about the themes and the Gestalt approach. Amazing and unique for kids with special needs.

Q: What elements of this publication were appealing to your special needs child? (use of color, use of harmony, character layout, personalization, etc.)
The use of her name in the magazine was fabulous. That is one of her current goals on her IEP. She enjoyed seeing her name right in her own book. The pictures and bright colors made the magazine a great read for my daughter.
My son loved the color in the photos! He reached out to "touch" them as if they were real! Beautifully laid out and photographed.
