Orders: Occasionally, to best service your order, Hopelight Media will fulfill your order directly (e.g., no retailer with the ordered item, in stock, in your geographical area) if there are any technical challenges in processing your payment on-line. The HOPELight Media team is committed to providing you an exceptional online shopping experience and customer service support. Due to privacy concerns, and to limit access to your credit card data, HOPELight Media’s Customer Service do not have access to some information needed to complete certain requests for service (e.g., refunds) and shares the customer service role with Shopatron. These instructions describe how to reach the correct party to assist you in any issue with your order.
Ordering: Place Orders and Pay Online This website is designed to make it easy for you to locate and purchase HOPELight Media products, from our subscription print programs to our toy and therapy products. When you order and pay online, our intelligent system starts working to ensure rapid delivery. We currently accept credit card payments by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover as well as eCheck.net, which is easier than PayPal.
Sales Tax Tax may be applied to your order if it ships from a location doing business in the same state as your shipping address. We sometimes don’t know the exact amount of tax until your order ships, due to the unique nature of the Shopping Cart service. For this reason, the order total in your confirmation email may not reflect the exact amount of this tax. Sales tax may also be applied to shipping and handling charges.
Non-Profit Note: At this time we are able to provide able to provide tax exemption on orders placed by non-profit organizations or educational institutions on-line, however you will need to email

Telephone, Postal Mail, Fax, or Email Orders Hopelight Media cannot accept orders by Telephone, Fax, or Email at this time. If you are more comfortable writing a check and dropping it in the mail, please contact our customer service team to make special arrangements for you.

Sending credit card numbers by email is not secure, and we do not recommend ever doing this.
COD Orders We cannot accept COD orders at this time.
Credit Card Orders You may use American Express, Discover, Visa, and MasterCard as payment on orders. When using your credit card, please provide your credit card billing address, if different from the shipping address, and contact phone numbers. If the billing address you give does not match that which is on file at the financial institution or if authorization is not given for any reason, our secure system will not process the order. You will be notified of this error in the order process.
Purchase Orders Corporate, Physician, Hospital, Schools and Therapy and other institutional purchase orders (military, government, schools and universities) for orders exceeding $1,000.00 (US) can be submitted by calling HOPElight Media at (972) 822-6754. Purchase Orders for less than this quantity will need special approval. Volume Discounts are available for hospice and schools.
Backorders The nature of the website service limits the likelihood that your desired products will be backordered. If the intelligent system cannot locate an acceptable "in stock" agent to ship your order, you will be notified by email. In most cases, you will be notified if your order is not shipped within one week.
Order Questions or Changes If you have placed an order via our website shopping service recently and need some information about it or would like to change it in some way, there are a number of ways you may contact us. Please note that since we begin processing your order immediately after receiving it, modifications may not always be possible for the subscription program.

Credits and Balances Due Any credits on your account with us will be refunded promptly. We will use the same method to refund the amount as you used when you placed the order. For example, if the order was paid by credit card, we will credit your credit card account.
Shipping
Shipping and Handling Charges HOPELight Media uses multiple shipping rules to determine shipping and handling charges. Please see your shopping cart for an estimate of the exact shipping charges pertaining to your order.
In the unlikely event that shipping charges will be different than originally estimated, you will be notified by email before charges are made to the credit card.
Shipping is available for the entire globe, within UPS and FEDX Delivery areas for our subscription based publications. We love our International Customers!
Currently we only fulfill online orders within the US for toys and products, but plan to do so in the future. If you are an international client and would like for us to help you, please reference this when you contact us.
Returns
Returning Merchandise
When you receive your order, the contact information of the merchant shipper will be displayed in the paperwork. Merchant shipper is the term used to refer to the company that actually shipped your order. Please keep your paperwork in case you need to arrange for returns or exchanges, and read the instructions thoroughly for faster processing of returns. Also, please keep any emails you receive regarding your order, as they may contain important information.
We will gladly refund your purchase price, excluding shipping and handling charges if your order is returned to the merchant shipper. Contact the merchant shipper for help or assistance in processing a return.
Merchandise will be accepted for return within 30 days of receipt. The merchandise must be in new and unused condition and in its original packaging.
Defective Returns
If the item you wish to return is inoperable, but has no apparent damage, it is considered defective. Defective merchandise should be returned directly to HOPELight Media. Please call our customer service at (972) 822-6754 to arrange for the repair or replacement.
For subscription based publications, we request that you mail in the defective or damaged subscription to our corporate office and once we receive it, we will send a new one to you with 7-10 days.
Damaged Returns
Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in shipping. If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call the merchant shipper immediately. The contact information for the merchant shipper will be in the box. Save all packaging material and paperwork; do not throw anything away!
For subscription based publications, we request that you mail in the defective or damaged subscription to our corporate office and once we receive it, we will send a new one to you with 7-10 days.

Limits of Responsibility We accept no responsibility for user initiated damage and/or loss of parts incurred during operation or use of product.
Price and/or Description Changes All prices, pictures and descriptions on this site are subject to change. We maintain no responsibility for inadvertent errors. Please contact us within 30 days regarding price or promotion discrepancies. When you place your order with us, you agree to the price and terms indicated on our website.
